ArcMail Technology Introduces New Line of Email Archiving and Management Appliances for Small Businesses
ArcMail Defender XPS provides small organizations with affordable, easy to deploy e-mail archiving and management solution

Shreveport, LA. - October 1, 2006 - ArcMail Technology, a leading provider of email archiving and management technology, today introduced a new line of email archiving and management appliances for small businesses. The ArcMail Defender XPS appliance provides everything small businesses need to meet their archiving and email management needs in a compact, affordable, easy-to-use solution. This desktop unit captures a copy of all inbound, outbound and internal email, indexes the email header and text information, and securely stores the data on built-in disk storage. The ArcMail Defender XPS line includes the Defender XPS100, XPS110 and XPS120 appliances, which provide 500GB, 1TB and 1.5TB of storage space, respectively.

With everything integrated on the ArcMail Defender XPS appliance, once the network device is set up, archiving is automatic. The management features include Web-based search and retrieve functionality, and administrators can use the Web-based interface to produce daily status and real-time exception reports to continually monitor and manage system performance. ArcMail Defender XPS is a non-intrusive solution running behind the scenes. It does not impact user productivity or mail server performance.
